Giorgio has 12+ years of experience in IT and delivery management in innovative companies, mainly in Banking and Advertising industries.
He worked in the financial sector in large organizations including WeBank and SIA managing their IT delivery, and contributed to the growth of Dot&Media, an agile start-up focusing on innovative digital advertising, including. Giorgio has then developed a very broad product development working experience.
His main focus has been always on innovation and adoption of the most modern and efficient delivery processes. Giorgio joined Epiphany in February 2019.
Senior Marketing Manager
Cinzia has 20+ years of experience in growing startup businesses and digital companies. A senior professional in digital strategies, marketing and new technologies. Cinzia has started her career with the first Italian online community (Tin.it, 1998), and then moved to a competitive intelligence firm, before spending about 10 years with IDC, where she took care of launching the six IDC start-ups focusing on main verticals in the EMEA region. In 2010 Cinzia moved to NY, USA, where she took care of launching a digital community for manufacturers, which is now part of NAM (national Association of Manufacturers. Back in Italy, Cinzia worked with a fashion eCommerce startup and then launched and grew the Deezer music streaming business from 2013 to 2017. Since 2018 she also started independent consultancy, supporting various startup businesses, a Nike funded sport e-commerce, some EU-funded projects, and a role as visiting professor in the fields of digital strategy and marketing for Talent Garden. Cinzia has joined Epiphany in March 2019.

Marcello’s role as CTO & Software Development Manager includes being responsible for the management, mentoring and monitoring, evaluation and decision-making tasks in the software development landscape. Her unique background cuts across the 3 key disciplines of growth; product management ( the “what” we will bring to market), marketing (the “how” we will bring it to market) and sales channels and sales effectiveness ( the “who” will bring it to market). This combination of growth expertise is a rare find in any one person and one we need at this juncture. Currently Joanne is the SVP & Chief Marketing Officer of Jabil Inc., a Fortune 200 manufacturing solutions firm, and prior to that she was CMO of Dell Software. Prior to that she was VP of Sales Excellence and Dean of HP Sales University, and prior to that she held a variety of roles in sales, product management and marketing over a 20 year period at Computer Associates. Her personal mission is to inspire 1 million women by 2020, to look at and/or grow their STEM careers and has been recognized with a lifetime achievement award from cloudNow as well as other awards from technology and women associations. Joanne resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband and two children.
